A modern silver cased HaMelech Esther scroll, megillah, by Jackson Lipshitz, New York, c.1980, the cylindrical body with pierced abstract scrollwork and thumbpiece, the top modelled as Mordechai mounted on a horse led by Haman, the parchment with 14 lines to a column, depth 5.5cm, case length (inc. winder) 22cm.
