A Russian Karelian Birch cigarette case decorated with 88 silver bas-relief coin with the bust of Ekaterina II, Empress of Russia from 1762 to 1796, facing right on the lid. Two embossed ornaments on both sides, that stamped with Russian hallmarks, 88 Silver mark.
