AN ANTIQUE MEISSEN PORCELAIN PAINTED CRUET SET
Meissen parcel-gilt and painted porcelain cruet set. The set includes two lidded cruets, two condiment holders, and an underplate. The porcelain underplate with fitted compartments is decorated with flowers, the cruets painted with harbor scenes. The cruets and underplate at the bottom bear a blue underglaze stamp of the Meissen factory. Circa 1720.
