JNF/Jewish National Fund (KKL) stamps & labels: JNF serial numbered souvenir sheet of 1980 Golda Meir issue, with 2 Shekel overprint on top & bottom selvedge; Roch #1730, MNH. Discovery: here with a lower serial number the originally printed denomination is blotted out with a solid overprint; this sheet observed with a higher serial number (starting 010…) had the denomination obliterated by lines.
