Rare Tibetan Copper Mandala Plaque
Handcrafted rectangular plaque with detailed repousse and chased geometric figures, animals and foliage.
Central zodiacal medallion flanked by various animals including reptiles. Tibetan inscription along the bottom. A Mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols. t may be used as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction. Age related wear.
