AN ANTIQUE BRASS BELGIAN ASH CONTAINER 19TH CEN.
The body is barrel-shaped with a handle on top, a hinged lid, and a stand made in the form of two animal paws. The lid is covered with an engraved ornament in the form of a wreath of oak leaves around the coat of arms in the center, among twisted foliage decorated with cut-through elements. The Christie's auction house sale label is attached to the handle.
