HANDWRITEEN SIGNED LETTER OF BLESSINGS FROM THE FAMOUS REBBE OF PRZEWORSK – ANTWERP, REB ITZIKEL GEWIRTZMAN.
Letter written to one of his adherents on the occasion of a family wedding, with many blessings to the couple and their parents.
Handwritten signed letter.
Rabbi Moshe Yitzchak Gewirtzman (1882-1977), known as ‘Reb Itzikel’ of Przeworsk, son of Rabbi Naftali Elimelech, a descendant of the Noam Elimelech of Lizhensk. Disciple of the chassidic rebbes of Sieniawa and Cieszanow. Lived in Przeworsk, and after WWII in Paris and Antwerp, where he became greatly revered for his saintliness and his charitable acts and miracles.
