Stan Hoffman was the nephew of crime lord Meyer Lansky, the man who invented Las Vegas as a gambling mecca by building the first hotel in the Nevada desert.

Stan Hoffman was a music producer who worked with Fats Domino and Chuck Berry. Stan was the producer who talked Chuck Berry into recording a song he didn't want to do and earning him a fortune on the back of seven-million sales worldwide -My Ding A Ling.

Stan Hoffman managed, advised and/or promoted 38 world champions during his nearly 50 years in the boxing industry, ? according to the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame in conjunction with Hoffmans induction with the class of 2019.

Only in America a novel of two Cubans in el exilio is an unpublished manuscript by Ferdie Pacheo. It was registered with the Writer’s Guild on July 1, 1987. It is 252 8.5 X 11 inches pages. Minor cosmetic markings, mild overall wear including some dog eared pages, binding crease, minor staining on back cover.-Fernando "Ferdie" Pacheco, M.D. (December 8, 1927 – November 16, 2017) was the personal physician and cornerman for world heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali as well as numerous other boxing champions.Known in popular culture as The Fight Doctor, Pacheco left Ali's team in the fall of 1977 after Ali didn't perform as expected in a battery of physical reflex tests, leading Ali to reject Pacheco's medical advice to retire.For the next two decades, Pacheco was a noted boxing analyst for several television networks, including NBC and Showtime. He also became an author publishing several books.
