CAMPBELL LORNE: (1902-1991) British Brigadier, Victoria Cross winner for his actions at Wadi Akarit in Tunisia on 6th April 1943 during World War II. A.L.S., Lorne Campbell, one page, 8vo, Stubbs Wood, Chesham Bois, Buckinghamshire, 24th April 1955, to a gentleman. Campbell states, in part, 'I am much touched by your going to all this trouble to get a photo and very flattered by it
