“Orden de Ascenso” - “Se comunica por este medio que ha sido póstumamente ascendido al grado inmediato superior de Capitán el primer teniente Manuel Hernández Osorio en correspondencia con las disposiciones legales y los preceptos establecidos que rigen respectivamente el código de ascenso de La Comandancia Regional de la provincia de Las Villas por el Movimiento 26 de Julio. Previa proposición de ascenso fué debidamente analizada por el consejo de guerra [...]”.
Ordre de promotion" - "Il est communiqué que le premier lieutenant Manuel Hernández Osorio a été promu à titre posthume au grade immédiatement supérieur de capitaine, conformément aux dispositions légales et aux préceptes établis qui régissent respectivement le code de promotion du Commandement régional de la province de Las Villas par le Mouvement du 26 juillet. La proposition de promotion a été dûment analysée par la cour martiale [...]".
"Order of promotion" - "It is communicated that First Lieutenant Manuel Hernández Osorio has been posthumously promoted to the immediate superior rank of Captain, in accordance with the legal dispositions and established precepts that respectively govern the promotion code of the Regional Command of the Province of Las Villas by the 26th of July Movement. The promotion proposal was duly analysed by the court martial [...]".
