Julio Rosado del Valle, Puerto Rican, 1922 to 2008, serigraph print on paper, Jungle Sun. Signed in pencil lower right. Numbered 123 of 375 in pencil lower left. Framed. Additionally inscribed and titled in the print on the back. Julio Rosado del Valle was an internationally known abstract expressionist. In 1946, Rosado del Valle went to New York where he attended The New School for Social Research and studied under the guidance of the Cuban painter Mario Carreno and the muralist Camilo Egas.
