Sefer Bina Le'itim (part 2), by R. Azaria [ben Efraim] Figo (Piccio) z"tkl, 3rd printing published 1799 Brno (Bohemia) & printed by Joseph Rossmann; without cover (but w/part back paper cover), front page printed diagonally, some worm holes; 99 pages. Canonical collection of sermons for Shabbath & holidays; Figo (1579-1647) was Venetian 'sofer' (scribe) & "ba’al darshan" (preacher); served in Communities of Venice & Pisa; originally a scholar of things secular, when became devoted to Talmud study, his preaching heavily laced w/scientific & medical references; considered "one of the last great talmudists produced by Italian Jewry".
