A handwritten letter, signed and stamped by Rabbi Zevulun Leib Britt, Av Beit Din of Pelongyan, letters from the Rebbe of Britt are very rare!
Rabbi Zevulun Leib Britt (died 1903) was a disciple of the Maharil Diskin. He served as rabbi in many towns and cities, including Darsunishok, Szełowa, Filipova and Karczas. In his last twenty years he served as Rabbi of Plongian (Lithuania).
Condition; Good, folding marks, with tears, a few light holes, almost missing.
