On the title page of the book are ink-stamps of Rabbi Meir Shapira, Av Beit Din of Galina, Hebrew and Luzit. Stamps of Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin and more. On the page of the Forsatz (back), the inscription "belongs to the great Rabbi, the glory of the generation of the master of time ... Tiferet Yisroel Rabbeinu Meir Shapira".
The Ga'on Rabbi Meir Shapira of Lublin (1887-1944) was the originator of the study of "Daf Yomi" and head of Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin. In 1910 he began serving as rabbi of Galina, where he stood in the breach to strengthen the walls of the religion and many times to educate the younger generation.
