Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, later leader of the Lithuanian Charedi community, served as Dayan at the regional Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem since Kislev 5711. After several years he served as Dayan in the Supreme Court until his retirement in 1973 following the judgment in the brother and sister affair.
Rabbi Shalom Mordechai Azulai (died in 1921), rabbi of Tzofaro, and Rav of Fez, member of the Rabbinical Court of Jerusalem.
Rabbi Yosef Kapach: (1917 - 2000), one of the greatest rabbis of Yemen, member of the Rabbinical Court of Appeals and member of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. Translates, interprets and interprets the writings of Maimonides and dozens of books of the early Sages, which has a great influence on the communities of Yemenite Jews in the Land of Israel.
