Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank - (1873-1960) was a Dayan, Av Beit Din, an arbiter, one of the founders of the Chief Rabbinate, a member of the Council of the Chief Rabbinate and Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem between the years 1936-1962 1960-1936).
Rabbi Hezekiah Shabtai (Yehoshua) - (1862-1955) was a leader of the Sephardic community in Jerusalem, acting as the sage Bashi in Jaffa, and Hakham Bashi in Tripoli in Libya and Aleppo in Syria.
Rabbi Ya'akov Kalmas - (Kaalams, 1880-1953) was the rabbi of Moscow and a member of the Council of the Chief Rabbinate at the time of the establishment of the State of Israel.
