Rabbi Yosef Mordechai HaLevi (1878-1947) was head of the Beit Din of the Sephardic community in the city, director of the Rabbinical Seminary of Ezra, a public figure and educator of Jerusalem, one of the founders of the Spanish orphanage, In Jerusalem and the Misgav Ladach Hospital, one of the leaders of the Mizrachi Union and the first representative assembly.
Rabbi Eliyahu Mordechai Halevy Valkovsky (1873-1962) was a rabbi, member of the Chief Rabbinate Council, author of the book "The Talmudic System and the Poskim."
Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Zion Ades (1898-1963) was head of Yeshivat Porat Yosef for thirty years, the head of the Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem, a member of the Rabbinical Court and a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council.
