A double leaf with two ownership deeds of land in Safed - with signatures of rabbis.
(First page), a deed to buy land. Safed, 1874. At the bottom of the note is a handwritten and signed signature of Rabbi Refael Zilberman (second leaf), another note on the purchase of land in Safed. Confirmation of the note in his handwriting, signed and signed by Rabbi Yoel Zvi Rata, signed by Rabbi Yitzchak Frankel.
The Gaon Rabbi Raphael Zilberman was born in Uman in 5599 and immigrated to Eretz Yisrael at the age of 11. He served as Av Beit Din of Safed from 5632 until his death in 5678.
The famous Gaon Rabbi Yoel Zvi Roth (Rata) - author of "Beit HaYotzer", one of the greatest Hassidic rabbis of Hungary. A disciple of the Maharam AS and one of the followers of the Admor of Divrei Chaim of Sanz After the demise of the Maharam Schick, he was appointed to the position of Rabbi of the city of Khost and Rosh Yeshiva in 1884. Many of the Hungarian geniuses were among his disciples, Died Kislev 5652..
The Gaon of Chust Rabbi Yitzchak Frankel (5623-5691), grandson of Rabbi Yoel Zvi Rata, and the publisher of his writings. He was a strong Hasid and a great genius from Hungary. In 1929 he moved to Jerusalem and served as a member of the rabbinical court of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld and Rabbi Yitzchak Yerucham Diskin.
