1948 Interim mail / small towns: undated registered cover on "Doar" stationary from KIRYAT (QIRYAT) AMAL to HAIFA franked 25 mils per postage period rate using mix of Minhelet Ha'am & Mandate stamps (3m Ba91; and mix of Haifa & Tel Aviv overprints) tied by 3x full strikes of special local interim postmark (with pointed arrows) on front + 1x on back & handmade and written registration label ( #16; numbers 1-35 + 38/40 known used during interim period) PLUS Mandate registered letter receipt form PT 512A assigned to this letter & tied by full strike of the local cancel - this scarce use of interim postmarks on postal stationary; slit open at top, very fine; Tsachor certfied. Aloni (2015) values such cover alone at $2000 & Bale values such mixed franking at $200+.
