Ptolemaic Period, 332-30 BC
A carved bone amuletic plaque with facing mask of Bes, bearded and with plumed headdress. 7.81 grams, 39mm (1 1/2"). Fine condition, chipped.
Provenance
Property of a Richmond gentleman; part of his family collection formed before 1980; thence by descent.
