GANCE ABEL: (1889-1981) French Film Director. A.L.S., Abel Gance, one page, 4to, Paris, 21st January 1972, to Colette Monceau, in French. Gance explains to his correspondent that he has found by chance her last letter and states `..I send you this draft letter which I was going to send to Claude Mauriac and I never did. I do believe in graphology but fairly little in graphologists, because they are like doctors. Rare those who heal you!´ Accompanied by the original envelope addressed in his hand.VG £60-90 Colette Monceau (1921-2016) French Graphologist and Author. She was an autograph Collector.
