Dedication on title page in the hand of Rabbi Moshe Yaakov, one of the Rabbis of Tzfas, with his signature.
Rabbi Moshe Yaakov served as Rabbi in Tzfas c. 1886-1895. His signature appears with other Tzfas Rabbis in many published approbations and he also served as Shadar (fundraising representative) of the community.
