Vintage Carved Oak Corner Display Cabinet with Leaded Glass Door – 180cm High - An attractive traditional oak corner display cabinet, likely dating from the mid-to-late 20th century, of two-section construction with decorative carved detailing throughout. The upper section features a single glazed door with diamond-pattern leaded glazing, enclosing an internal display shelf, surmounted by a carved frieze of repeating fan-shaped motifs. The lower section incorporates a pair of panelled cupboard doors, each decorated with raised carved scrollwork, opening to provide additional concealed storage. Further carved detailing separates the upper and lower sections, with decorative metal hinges and handles throughout. Finished in a medium-to-dark oak tone, with attractive visible grain, and raised upon a shaped plinth base. A substantial and characterful piece of traditional furniture, suitable for displaying glassware, porcelain and collectables.
