Pair of Ercol Model 203 Windsor Easy Chairs with Model 341 Extension Footstool, Elm & Beech - A desirable mid-century Ercol Windsor three-piece seating group, comprising a pair of Model 203 Easy Chairs together with the matching Model 341 Extension Stool, designed by Lucian Ercolani. The chairs feature the characteristic steam-bent hoop backs with slender spindles, shaped arms, tapered legs and webbed seat suspension. The low rectangular stool has matching rounded elm/beech frame, tapered legs and webbing, and was specifically designed by Ercol to accompany the 203 chair and allow it to be used as a chaise longue. Offered without loose cushions. Existing webbing is aged, stretched and deteriorated in places and would benefit from replacement. Timber frames show general surface wear consistent with age and use.
