The album is dedicated to the creative contribution of the famous painter Vasily Nesterenko to the reconstruction of the artistic decoration of the Cathedral Church in the name of Christ the Savior in Moscow.
The album contains information about the history of the creation, destruction and reconstruction of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The publication includes an art history analysis of the artist's works and an explanation of the gospel stories that served as the basis for the paintings and icons of the Temple, as well as the author's paintings created by V. I. Nesterenko for the Patriarchal refectory.
