Collection of documents of the Austrian Jew Kurt Houit, who immigratedto Italy during World War II, tried to immigrate to the US and then moved to Portugal and worked at a tourism company. He later immigrated to Israel and, among other things, worked with the American Embassy and at Austrian Airlines. The lot contains many letters in German and English, official papers, envelopes, invoices and more.
