"והנה אנחנו עושים חיזוק לדברינו הראשונים שרירן וקיימין יהיו אף שאין רשאין להשביעו לר' אהרן הנ"ל" - Psak Din on a matter of an inheritance and the Din of שאינו יכול לישבע signed by the Gaon Rabbi David Hirsch Levinger Av Beis Din of Mediar, the Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Leib Frieden Av Beis Din of Komaron and the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Stern Av Beis Din of Belishtova, all disciples of the Chasam Sofer.
