74 leaves. 18 cm. Without the title page. On the inside binding. the signature of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Brod: "הקטן זלמן בן הגאון הגדול החסיד המפורסם מוהרר אברהם ברודא זל". There and on the title page, the signature of Ber Adler Hacohen and an additional signature.
The Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Brod (passed away in 1742) - since 1729 was the Rav of Margentheim, the son and disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Brod Av Beis Din of Metz, Frankfurt and Prague.
The Gaon Rabbi Ber ben Rabbi Mordechai Adler (1785-1866) one of the sages and Dayanim of Frankfurt in the time of the Chasam Sofer. His innovations on the Shas were published in Kuntres Kanfei Nesharim inside the book Leshon Zahav. His father, Rabbi Mordechai, was Av Beis Din of Hanover and tge cousin of the famed Rabbi Nosson Adler.
