Late-Ptolemaic Period, 664-30 BC
A bronze figurine of the god Nefertum, advancing wearing a conical crown over the tripartite wig, suspension loop behind the head; mounted on a custom-made stand. 53.6 grams, 10.5cm including stand (4"). Fair condition.

From a Swedish private collection; acquired from Gitbud and Naumann Munzhandlung GmbH, Munich, Germany, 4 January 2015; formerly in a private collection, Trier, Germany, formed from 1970-1980; accompanied by a copy of the invoice from Gitbud and Naumann Munzhandlung GmbH.
