2nd millennium BC
A carved and polished figure of a stag with the legs folded beneath the body, antlers shown as concentric crescents, head raised; mounted on a custom-made stand. 762 grams total, 16cm height with stand (6 1/4"). Fine condition.
Provenance
Property of a London gentleman; from his father's collection formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
