Greek Hellenistic Ring with Gryphon
3rd-2nd century BC
An elliptical-section hoop with scaphoid plaque, engraved intaglio motif of a flying gryphon to the bezel. 5.48 grams, 23.41mm overall, 20.03x16.66mm internal diameter (approximate size British P, USA 7 1/2, Europe 16.23, Japan 15) (1"). Fine condition.
