Second coinage, BMC type v. Obv: profile bust right with +ELFRED REX legend. Rev: cross-in-lozenge over beaded long cross with crossbars at angles of lozenge dividing LIA FVA LD MON legend for the moneyer Liafwald. 3.28 grams. Near as struck; chipped at edge and cracked across. Very rare.
