Long letter from Rav Dr. Chaim Bloch, to the well-known researcher- Yehuda Balevi of Budapest.
Rav Bloch requests the assistance of Mr. Balevi, in searching for material for a large sefer which would concentrate in it all information regarding historical Jewish events which can be researched through the questions and answers in the various responsa sefarim- throughout all the generations.
