ספר הגורלות למוהרח"ו בו השתמש זקן המקובלים רבי יצחק כדורי זיע"א לעשיית גורלות וקמעות.
כרך כתב יד "גורלות למוהרח"ו". צילום ישן של כתב היד מהספרייה הלאומית. כריכה בסגנון דומה לכריכות שהרב כדורי היה כורך. לפי מסורת המשפחה בספר זה השתמש זקן המקובלים הרב יצחק כדורי לעשיית גורלות וקמעות.
לשולחן הרב כדורי הגיעו בעיות רבות, שונות ומשונות, החל מכישופים ופחד, ועד מחלות מסוכנות, מקרים אחרים, של זיווג, הצלחה בפרנסה ועסקים. בתחילה היה כותב הרב כדורי את פירוט הבקשה ובחלק מהמקרים גם את פרטי המבקש, עיסוקו, שמו ושם אמו, מגוריו ופרטים נוספים שהוצרך הרב לתועלת האדם, אח"כ עורך את תרשים וחשבון הגורל.
