A mid-to-late 20th-century turned wood floor lamp with pleated fabric shade - A vintage floor lamp, or standard lamp, featuring a dark-stained turned wooden stem with decorative ring-turned and baluster details. The column is mounted upon a circular, stepped, and weighted base. The lamp is fitted with a large, cylindrical, pleated fabric lampshade in a light dusty-rose colour. A modern white electrical flex emerges from the top of the wooden column, currently featuring an orange identification tag. This item is sold as a decorative object. As with all electrical items sold at auction, it has not been tested for safety. It is recommended that the buyer has the item inspected and PAT tested by a qualified electrician prior to use. Any existing wiring should be treated as potentially unsafe until verified.
