The second chair is finished in dark blue paint and features a double-hoop back design in the style of Thonet, with a circular solid seat and bentwood leg supports. Both chairs are constructed from bentwood, likely beechwood. Small orange adhesive labels are present on the frames. No maker marks were identified during inspection.
