Three Pairs of Graduated 19th Century English Brass Candlesticks - A collection of three pairs of graduated brass candlesticks, demonstrating various traditional English forms. The tallest pair features turned baluster stems with ring-turned accents, supported by stepped square bases with concave corners. The middle pair is constructed with multiple-knop baluster stems on stepped, chamfered rectangular bases. The smallest pair exhibits the beehive and ring-turned stem design, a form popular in the George II style, set upon lobed hexagonal bases. All examples are formed from cast and turned brass components joined by internal screw-threads. No maker's marks, hallmarks, or manufacturer labels are visible on any of the items.
