Cast Metal Station Master Railway Totem Style Wall Sign - A heavy-duty cast metal wall sign in the form of a British Railways departmental totem. The sign features a bi-level, elongated oval shape with a textured, pebbled ground. The central raised text reads STATION MASTER in capital letters, finished in white paint against a dark brown background. This colour scheme is characteristic of the British Railways Western Region. The sign is constructed with two integral pre-drilled mounting holes, one at each rounded end. The reverse of the sign is not visible. A small orange rectangular adhesive label is present on the upper border, bearing the handwritten number 15.
