Bidspirit auction | A Set of Eight Rosaline

A Set of Eight Rosaline Pink Tinted Glass Wine Goblets - A set of eight matching glass wine goblets featuring a transparent light pink or rosaline tint. Each glass is constructed with a tapered U-shaped bowl, a simple straight stem, and a circular flat foot. The glass appears to be soda-lime or lead glass, finished with a plain, undecorated surface. Several pieces retain circular gold-toned adhesive labels on the interior base of the bowls; these labels feature a circular border and text that is not legible due to the resolution of the image. The bases also bear small, circular transparent adhesive labels, which are not legible. While the form and labels are consistent with mid-20th-century European manufacture, the maker is not explicitly identified by readable text on the objects.
