A Collection of Spode Blue Rose Pattern Earthenware Mugs - A collection of ten earthenware mugs featuring the Blue Rose pattern. Each vessel is of tapered cylindrical form with a curved D-shaped handle, decorated with underglaze blue transfer-printed floral motifs. Below this, the pattern name BLUE ROSE is stated, accompanied by the text FIRST INTRODUCED c.1825 and Originating from a hand engraved copper plate.
