A Trio of Continental Style Porcelain Figurines - A trio of glazed porcelain figurines decorated in a 18th-century Galant style with hand-painted polychrome enamels and gilded accents. The group consists of two matching female figures and one male figure. Each female figure is depicted in a wide-brimmed white hat featuring a large orange bow, a blue bodice with an orange bow at the neck, and a long white and pink-toned skirt adorned with painted floral sprays. They are each shown holding a yellow parasol with a gilded handle. The male figure is dressed in a red frock coat over a light blue cravat and cravat, blue breeches, and white stockings, and is depicted holding a stringed instrument resembling a lute or mandolin. The figures stand on circular bases with gilded or green-painted details. There are no maker's names, factory marks, or signatures visible on the exterior surfaces of the pieces.
