An Assortment of Earthenware and Porcelain Tea and Kitchenware - A collection of ceramic household items comprising both earthenware and porcelain pieces. The lot features a tall, cylindrical earthenware jar decorated with hand-painted pink roses and yellow floral motifs against a cream ground with a green-glazed rim. Also included is a rectangular earthenware tray finished with a vibrant hand-painted design of blue and yellow sunflowers against a green foliate background and a dark blue border. Several cream-coloured earthenware mugs are present, characterised by dark brown horizontal banding. A yellow and green glazed teapot displays hand-painted floral details on the lid. The porcelain components include several white-glazed teapots, notably one with a silver-tone metal handle and stand, and a small white creamer with a gilt rim. A variety of teacups and saucers are decorated with delicate purple and blue floral transfer patterns. An earthenware crock or bowl features a mustard-yellow rim. The collection shows various decorative techniques, including hand-painting, transfer printing, and banded glazing. An orange adhesive label is visible on the corner of the black cardboard box containing the items, though the characters are not clearly legible as a maker name.
