Bidspirit auction | A Group of Gilt Rimmed

A Group of Gilt Rimmed Cut and Etched Glassware - A collection of glassware comprising a pair of stemmed wine goblets and a pair of cylindrical tumblers. The wine goblets feature lead crystal bowls with deep, hand-cut geometric patterns including a central pinwheel or starburst motif, cross-hatching, and vertical mitre cuts. Each goblet sits on a multifaceted stem tapering to a plain circular foot. The pair of cylindrical tumblers or highball glasses is decorated with a frosted etched design depicting leafy branches and berries. All four pieces are finished with a gilt band at the upper rims. A small orange adhesive price label reading 2.00 is present on the rim of one goblet, and a similar orange label is visible on one tumbler. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the bases or bodies of the glassware.
