Jewish booklet about the recovery destroy in Holocaust
Early post-war published Jewish booklet about the about recovery from the destroy in holocaust and show ghetto of Kaunas and few small ghettos in Poland , all written in Yiddish, and some words in English , June 1948. It's part of the series "From the last extermination. Journal for the history of the Jewish people during the Nazi regime", edited by Israel Kaplan.
In this case it is dedicated mainly to the ghetto of Kaunas (Kovno) in Lithiania, and the destruction of the Jewish community in that city. All the details about the ghetto are given apart from some photos. It's a booklet with few pages, but very interesting since it's published just after the war and it has information of first hand from Jews that were eye-witnesses of the Holocaust in Kaunas.
Rare book and in good condition with no pages missing.
