Set of "Moda L'Binah" Chumashim. Rodelheim, 1818-1821
Chamisha Chumshei Torah "Moda L'Bina" precisely arranged by R' Wolf Heidenheim. Owner signature on three volumes of Rabbi Melchoir, Chief Rabbi of Denmark. Includes Rashi's commentary along with Rabbi Heidenheim's "Havanat HaMikra" commentary. The volumes were printed at 1/2-year intervals.
Original leather bindings with gilt on four of the five chumashim; the fifth is in an old, cardboard binding. The bindings are partially detached.
Moderate-fine condition.
