Rabbi Menachem David Hager [b. 9 Kislev 1949], the Admo"r of Shatz-Monsey, son of the author of Birkat Moshe, rosh yeshivah of Yachel Yisrael (Seret-Vizhnitz). He was appointed Admo"r in 1971 by his uncle, Rabbi Eliezer Hager, the previous Admo"r of Seret-Vizhnitz.
Overall very fine condition.
