Heritage Certificate Number 41571
Chassis Number: 1J3075DN
Engine Number:7J3432-8
Colour: British Racing Green

Lovely, clean and original example of this iconic Jaguar model, having chrome wire wheels which are in exceptional condition.

Having been subject to a full restoration in 2007, with photographic evidence in a large history file. The file also contains previous MOT certificates, which confirm the current mileage and believed genuine by the current owner - and equally a significant amount of invoices reflecting and confirming the vehicle has been well maintained since the renovation. Also included are a vehicle handbook, workshop manual, Martin Robey and SNG Barrats parts catalogues and two sets of keys.

Recent works include new rear springs, torque arm and respective bushings. Prop shaft UJ's 2019. A new stainless exhaust is evident also new carburettor floats fitted in 2020 along with an engine tune. Some spares included, namely a new washer bottle and pump and ball joint kits.

The vehicle has had little use covering less than 5000 miles since 2010. Overdrive is fully functional and performance excellent, this particular engine variant is fitted with the E-type cylinder head which included as standard to later production models to boost performance by approx 12 BHP.

The vehicle rests on Verdestien tyres which the owner advises should be replaced as whilst good tread they are now aged.

The Jaguar also has some period notoriety having been used on-set in the famous 2008 Jason Staham film 'The Bank Job'. This is based on the 1971 Baker Street Robbery and this can be verified visually in the film'
