Written by racist theorist Lothrop Stoddard, this book advocates eugenics as a response to Communism. Stoddard also believed that Western civilization was in danger from a rising tide of colored races. The term [Untermenschen] was allegedly coined by the American racial theorist Lothrop Stoddard in this book. It was adopted by the Nazis following the German translation of Stoddards book.
Theodore Lothrop Stoddard (American, 1883-1950) was a historian, journalist, political scientist, conspiracy theorist, white supremacist, and white nationalist. Stoddard wrote several books which advocated eugenics and scientific racism.
