Ca. 1550 - 1069 BCA charming Egyptian ivory duck head with rounded eyes and a long curved beak. It was most likely part of cosmetic container with a storage compartment. The eyes were once inlaid. The pintail duck is one of Egypt's most common species of waterfowl and was a popular decorative motif.
