KHORASAN BRONZE OIL LAMP WITH STAND
Ca. AD 1200. An oil lamp with a rounded oil compartment, featuring an upturned spout and protruding knobs on the sides. At the back, a loop handle with a bird-shaped finial is attached, while the domed lid is topped with a smaller bird perched atop it. The lamp rests on a stand with curved short legs, a long stem, and a circular plate on top, providing a stable base for the lamp.
